The Our Lady of Fatima University Alumni Association is committed in providing a beneficial lifetime link between the university, its students and alumni community. As a loyal partner of the university, the association offers noble membership, multifaceted support, active participation, innovative programs and dedicated services to foster professionalism and promote academic excellence instilled with values, pride, and honor of the Our Lady of Fatima University.

 

ALUMNI AFFAIRS INVOLVEMENT

The Alumni Affairs and the Central Placement Office (CPO) will work together to attain the common goal of helping our Graduates reach full satisfaction be it with regards to their employment endeavours but also with their personal growth as professionals. Through the CPO, the Alumni Affairs will be able to extend their service, and fulfil their vision of establishing sustainable, lifelong and valued relationships with their Alma Mater, Our Lady of Fatima University.

The Alumni Affairs aims to strengthen and establish connection between the alumni and the university through reunions and gatherings to promote camaraderie and to strengthen bonds among alumni and members of the association. Thus, the CPO will be of help by assisting the Alumni Affairs in updating our Alumni with regards to upcoming events as well as with the progress/achievements of their alma mater. Also, the OLFU-CPS will serve as reference of members that may be referred to by international and domestic users.

The Alumni Association takes part in the provision of workshop, seminars, trainings and symposiums free of charge for the undergraduates, medical assistance, outreach program, financial aid. The Association also gives educational discounts to its alumni by helping them in processing discounts, and scholarships.

The main contribution of the Alumni Affairs with regards to Alumni membership transactions is the issuance of the ALUMNI CARD. The Alumni Membership application will start from filing out an alumni registration form from the Central Placement Office (CPO) upon request of scholastic documents (i.e. transcript of records, diploma, and certificate of good moral character). The graduate then will proceed to the Alumni Affairs Office for Alumni Card printing.

The graduates of Our Lady of Fatima University may request for the Alumni card, absolutely FREE of charge. There will be a respective card number for each alumni card which appears in front of the card, together with his/her complete name, course and batch, and expiration date. The card is valid for 3 years renewable every birth month of the alumni.

The Alumni card number will serve as their default username for their account in the OLFU – Career Placement System (OLFU-CPS). The password will then be sent via e-mail by the Placement Officer upon application.
