** SENIOR RECRUITER **
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience performing internet-based candidate searches (Monster, Jobstreet, LinkedIn and other job boards)
• Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred
• Account management experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Candidate must be willing to work night shift, in Commonwealth, Quezon City.
Job Description:
• Source high-quality applicants for current requisitions
• Create a candidate pipeline for in-demand skill sets
• Interview applicants, assess qualifications and discuss candidate´s career objectives
• Match qualified candidates with existing requirements and identify potential opportunities within Eclaro International´s network of customers
• Build and strengthen relationships with candidates and multiple stakeholders
• Maximize gross profit by managing pay rates, bill rates, mark-ups, per diem, and other costs.
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks while remaining organized and detailed oriented

? Above industry Commission plan
