TERMS OF USE FOR OLFU ALUMNI DATABASE

  1. DISCLAIMER

    This program aims to extend employment related services for OLFU Alumni and its affiliates. One of our Industry partners' privilege is to inform/advertise job opportunities which will benefit the OLFU Alumni. However, OLFU is not a publisher of any content that may be found in this site or of any material that may be available through links and other OLFU related webpage. Any public content and links to other websites are not monitored, screened, and reviewed by the CPO. Although the university is making efforts to provide accurate information, OLFU Alumni Database will exclusively serve as service provider.

  2. RULES FOR ONLINE CONDUCT

    OLFU Alumni Database aims to help OLFU graduates in their employment endeavour; therefore this site should not be used in any indecent, malicious, political, or any kind of activities that might affect the good reputation of the University.

    By checking the "I agree" box, the member will come to an understanding that he/she may not post or e-mail any of the following anywhere on this site, or any linkage associated with OLFU:

    • Content that suggests illegal activities
    • Indecent, malevolent, or culturally offensive statements
    • Content that may threaten others
    • Matters that contain explicit or vulgar images or languages
    • Advertisements or any form of media that expresses commercial solicitation
    • Copyrighted materials including text, graphics, images, video, musical recording, posters, intellectual or legal properties may not be placed without permission of the owner of the copyright in the material. OLFU has the right to temporarily blocks users or remove content which had violated the previously stated rules

    Finally, you come to an agreement that you will not use, attempt to misrepresent the identity or attempt to access any other user accounts.

    In accordance with the agreement to the terms and conditions stated here, OLFU gives you full access to this database. You may download material from this site for non-commercial but personal use. Also, the user is not allowed to reproduce, copy, publish, or transfer any material from this site.

    Our Lady of Fatima University and Fatima Medical Science foundation will not be held liable for loses, damages, or any claims including legal fees resulting from the users' violation of these terms.

  7. YOUR ACCOUNT

    By checking the "I agree" box, you will be held responsible in maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password more specifically with limiting access to your account and also for any false or malicious information affirmed by the member. You will be held liable to any activities that occur in your account. Moreover, you accept the responsibility of updating the CPO with any employment improvement or transactions with the Industry partners or OLFU Alumni.

    OLFU has the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, edit or eliminate content that may affect the credibility of the University.

    These terms establish the entire agreement between you and Our Lady of Fatima University and its affiliates. The CPO should be informed of any employment improvement or transactions occur between OLFU alumni and OLFU affiliated companies. Thus, list of "HIRED ALUMNI" should also be coordinated and reported to the CPO. Any malicious, illegal, or indecent content found in this site must be addressed to the administrator for legal actions.

  12. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

    OLFU respects the intellectual and legal property rights of others. Please inform the CPO of any copyright violation occurred in this site.

  13. GOVERNING LAW
